You want to do yoga with your family or friends in a completely private setting? Then "Friendship Yoga" is just right for you, because I come to you and teach you plus a maximum of 4 other people in complete privacy. Wherever you want: at your favorite location, indoors or outdoors, by appointment YOU ARE UNIQUE: Personal yoga classes are customized to meet the needs of each individual. From meditation to breathing exercises to flowing movements - each class is a journey in itself. We believe that yoga should be flexible and adaptable to accommodate the different needs and experiences of our participants. Find your appointment and book online. I teach in English. Your yoga teacher will come to your home or you can find a suitable place for yoga practice. If you already have a preferred training location, please indicate this when booking.
